DenseWare is a toolkit of technologies that can identify areas in mobile network where macro cell coverage is poor or where cell edge capacity is weak. This allows for the optimal network to be planned, by identifying the areas where small cells can best placed to improve network coverage and capacity.

Denseware collects millions of anonymous network logs from smartphones to create real-time performance knowledge on 4G LTE networks. Big Data analysis techniques crunch this data on a weekly basis to ensure the investment in small cell deployment instantly improves the end user performance and service quality.

Deployed in a window, our relay small cell delivers extended connectivity deep inside the building serving >100 active mobile handsets per box. This compact low power ’plug and play’ unit is designed for installation in an office or enterprise setting, and provides enhanced coverage and capacity to end-users, utilising Dense Air dedicated small cell licenced spectrum. The dual-sector architecture provides capacity indoor and also outdoor, targeting urban areas of high footfall.

OUTDOOR Wired to INDOOR Relay

Dense Air extends coverage and capacity from wired small cells using indoor relay units. Deployed in a window, the indoor relay extends coverage of the wired outdoor small cell deep inside the building serving >100 active mobile handsets per box. This compact low power ’plug and play’ unit is designed for installation in an office or enterprise setting, and provides enhanced coverage and capacity to end-users utilising Dense Air dedicated small cell licenced spectrum.
